Yesterday, Hulk Hogan appeared on the radio to confirm he will NOT be attending WrestleMania 22. He is flying to Long Beach, California after the HoF ceremonies, to take part in a race with his son Nick.
He DID say that he will be at RAW this Monday, the day after WrestleMania. He mentioned that Vince McMahon proposed an angle for he and Stone Cold Steve Austin. He did not elaborate any further on this.
Will we end up getting Hogan vs. Austin after all? SummerSlam in Boston, anyone?

I hope we'll see him @ RAW. Was hoping for Wrestlemania but of course I'll take anything.
As for the match, they really should save it for WM23 in Detroit. That's the only match that would pack that place (Ford Field) out. Funny how Hogan had arguably the biggest match ever at WMIII and 20 years later in the same city, he could be having yet another monumental match.

How many people does Forbes field hold? Events like this ever held there before?

Woops, I meant "Ford" field...don't know what I was thinking.
Ford field is the new home of the Detroit Lions ( I believe). It holds around 75,000 and would be a perfect wrestlemania venue IMO.

Ahhhh. If Hogan vs Austin were built up properly, and built up all year long, I could see it filling up the many seats.
